Planning Permission - Alterations to existing bungalow (Plot Two) to provide a room in the roof space and alterations to provide 5no. roof lights, without complying with condition no. 6 stating ( ....no windows/dormer windows other than those expressly authorised by this permission shall be constructed), and removal of a fruit tree without complying with condition no. 9 stating (No tree within the site shall be willfully damaged, cut-down, up-rooted, topped, lopped or destroyed, nor any hedge within the site cut-down or grubbed out, without the prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority) as imposed on planning permission reference S/153/2219/05 and erection of a bungalow which is an amendment to that previously approved under planning reference S/153/2219/05 (Plot One), involving an amendment to the roof design, use of the roof space to provide a room in the roof, insertion of 5no. roof lights and an amendment to the position of the means of escape roof light in accordance with amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority from the applicant on 12th September 2006.
