Furthermore, the site's use must be limited to one only falling within Use Class B1 or B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 as amended" to allow a separate business to function from 'building 4' and to vary Condition 3 which states " within the site or along its boundaries there must be no external alterations or extensions to the existing buildings, nor the erection of any new buildings or any fences or other means of enclosures nor any caravans or portable buildings sited unless subject of a further planning permission" to enable alterations to buildings and erection of fencing as shown on submitted plans, both conditions as imposed on planning permission reference S/029/00656/05.
