Planning Permission - To vary condition nos. 1,2,3 and 4 on planning permission reference number N/171/02027/01 as set out in the following schedule (which replaced condition nos. 2,3,4 and 5 originally imposed on planning permission reference number N/171/00470/00): To vary condition no. 1 (The total number of flights comprising a take off and landing or a 'touch and go' movement shall not exceed 40 per week, except in an emergency), to allow the total number of flights comprising a take off and landing or a 'touch and go' movement shall not exceed 160 per week, except in an emergency; condition no.2 (Aircraft movements shall take place only between 0830 hours and 2000 hours on any day, except in an emergency) to allow aircraft movements between 0700 hours - 2100 hours on weekdays, 0800 hours - 2030 hours on Saturdays, 0900 hours - 2030 hours Sundays and Bank Holidays except in a emergency, (above limitations to be wavered for up to 3 no. fly-ins or village functions per year); condition no.3 (The airfield shall not be used by any aircraft with an authorised weight exceeding 5700 kilograms nor any jet propelled aircraft, except in an emergency) to allow aircraft to use the airfield with an authorised weight not exceeding 3,500 kilograms except in an emergency, and condition no.4 (The airfield shall be used for private purposes only and for no commercial use whatsoever) to allow the Airfield to be used for private and commercial purposes in connection with aviation, with the limitations that the unlicensed aerodrome imposes, i.e. no transportation of fare paying passengers, no aerial work for hire or reward, except in an emergency, as imposed on planning permission reference number N/171/02027/01 (which replaces conditions nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 originally imposed on planning permission reference number N/171/00470/00).
