Planning Permission - To vary condition no. 4 (Prior to use of the chiller unit, outside the hours specified in the previous planning permission, monitoring shall be carried out in order to demonstrate that a minimum reduction of 17 dB (A) has been achieved. This shall be achieved by carrying out monitoring to demonstrate that noise levels as measured at a distance of 10 metres to the west south west of the chiller pit (as measured at a height of 1.5 metres above ground level) do not exceed 30 dB LAeq, 5 mins. Monitoring results shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for review and agreement in writing) to amend noise levels limit from 30 dB LAeq, 5 mins to 33 dB as measured at a distance of 10 metres to existing chiller unit, as imposed on planning permission reference N/105/01462/03.
