Such log to be made available for inspection by the Council on request" and condition no.5 (No one shall occupy the holiday caravans hereby permitted the subject of the application in excess of a total of three calendar months in any year provided that and without prejudice to the foregoing once the holiday caravans have been occupied by a person or persons for a total of three calendar months in any year then that person or persons shall not occupy again any holiday caravan on the application site until an interval of at least two months has elapsed from the date of expiry of the said three month period) to read "No one shall occupy any caravan on the land in excess of 3 consecutive calendar months and without prejudice to the foregoing once any caravan has been occupied by a person or persons for a total of 3 consecutive months in any year then that person or persons shall not again occupy any caravan on the land until an interval of at least two months has elapsed from the date of expiration of the said 3 month period", imposed on planning permission reference number N/084/02263/05.
