To overlay floors with new Vinyl flooring, to overboard existing fireplace to create a usable environment, relocate boiler to first floor and use existing hole for air vent, new rear external flue, replace and relocate radiators, decorate walls with paint, lower ceilings for cables to run in the void and to install air vents. Create a new reception desk, cupboard in the alcove and hair stations in room one and two.
