Construction of front porch, single storey and two storey rear extensions, infill of side loggia, first floor infill extension incorporating raising the roof to form a link roof with rooflight windows, alteration from single storey to one and a half storey to the east elevation with triple gables and a Juliet balcony including raised ridge height, insertion of first floor pitched roof to west elevation with glass balustrade to form roof terrace. Insertion of new first floor window and glazing to north elevation. Alterations to fenestration and replacement of driveway entrance gate.
