Repair of lathe and lime plaster ceiling. Repair cement pointing in fireplace and repoint in non-hydraulic lime mortar and replace 6 fireplace bricks. Application of wood fibre board insulation to first floor. Repair and replace windows, including application of double glazing and patio door. Alterations to rear render. Replace the running outlet to the rear low-level roof with cast iron gutter. Introduction of stepped lead flashing to base of external chimney. Repair and replacement of roof tiles. Repair works to garden wall, including arched garden gate and addition of chimney cowls.
