Proposal

Removal of hipped roof to single storey side projection, infill ground floor side and rear windows and first floor rear window with brickwork, infill rear door with new window and brickwork. Construction of first floor side/rear extension and second floor side extension incorporating a pitched roof dormer to the rear elevation. Alter rear window to create new rear door. New first floor rear window. Removal of ground floor and first floor internal walls, and install new first floor internal wall.
