Proposal

Install hot water central heating and radiators to first floor and gas fired boiler wall mounted in ground floor garage. At first floor remove part of existing partition between kitchenette and WC to form new shower room/WC with reused and new fittings. Remove existing door to WC and form new opening in existing stud wall and fit reused door and frame. Close door opening to existing WC in S/W studs, plasterboard and skim coat plaster decorated, all to match existing. Fit new kitchen units in existing room at first floor.
