Proposal
To restore three chimney stacks on east wing of Chauncy Court, to their original design. Carefully dismantle each stack down to roof level and rebuild to their original design, including corbels and pots, using saluageable bricks and secondhand matching ones. Bricks to be cemented and pointing with sand/lime mortar mix. Replacing lead flashing at chimney stack bases.
