Proposal

Reinstatement of window seats (modification of 3/04/0647/LB) and design changes to replacement porch (modification of 3/06/2521/LB). Installation of new WC in Estate Office. Demolition of short courtyard wall and gateway pillar, and well house, rebuilding to new design to create formal courtyard entry. Modification to listed boundary walls creating new garden area, lean-to glasshouse, log store, tower-room, tennis court and pool house. Replacement of terracing. Alteration of driveway creating new access to stables and on to newly formed courtyard. Demolition of workshop buildings and part of stable block to create new access for garaging, replacement of coach house roof in grey slate to match adjacent, with conservation roof lights and glass canopy with lead detailing. Conversion of stable to workshops, and store to toilets. Repair of stables. Extension of two lakes and surrounding landscaping and landscaping of existing walled garden.
