Including the partial demolition and rebuilding of attached lean to structure, the replacement of corrurgated iron roof sheets with reclaimed clay roof tiles, the renewal of external weather boarding, the replacement and insertion of fenestration. External works include repositioning driveway and provision of septic tank.
