Non-Material Amendment sought of approved application 51680/011 Phase 3 Reserved Matters Approval (RMA)- to Reduce the angle of the inside slopes of the Western Embankment to remove the structural risk. There are no changes to the alignment of the outer toe of the embankment or to the height of the embankment. As a result of these NMAs, there is no change to the Main (Southern) Embankment beyond the Transition Zone. - Revise the inside slope angles at the northern extent of the Western Embankment to ensure tree G190 located adjacent to the Western Embankment is retained. -Other consequential non-material amendments, including alterations to fencing and gates, the viewing platform, reed beds and amphitheatre
