Proposal

T1 - mature Betula Pendula - due to notable fracture on the tension side of main stem also small cavities found around the buttress rooting - 20% or 2 metre reduction to dropped crotch unions, achieving a naturalistic outcome in line with BS 3998. The target height of the tree following pruning would be 8 - 10 meteres (bearing in mind the tree is approximately 12 metres current height). The target spread of the tree would be 4 - 6 metres T2 - Fraxinus Exelsior - multi stemmed stall on boundary, ganoderna bracket found at base of trees root plate. Remove stem.
