T5, Sycamore : crown lift on the western side of to a height of approximately 5m from ground level to take the lower crown growth away from the neighbouring property (nos. 1&2 Church Street); target pruning to crown lift back to the stems with cuts no greater than 75mm dia. G4, Ash x2 : to sectional fell G4 which is showing advanced ADB. Felling G4 would allow the Ash behind to develop.
