Proposal
T1, Oak : Crown reduction by a maximum of 1.5m to achieve sufficient clearance to the property, maintaining the natural form and primary structural framework with a final crown spread of approximately 6-7m; reduction cuts will be made to suitable lateral growth points; all pruning wounds will not exceed 50mm in diameter. Additionally, pruning within the lower crown, north of the pavement, is 2.3 to 2.4m, allowing for safe pedestrian access.
