Crown lift over the public highway to achieve clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Highways Act 1980. T2, London Plane : prune southern aspect to previous pruning points, achieving approximately 3.5m of clearance from house, MDC 40mm; crown lift to height of main union, approximately 4m above ground level, MDC 20mm.
