Annexe - Support brickwork above to create opening in internal wall to existing wc area. Main house - a. Remove internal dividing wall between kitchen and dining room. b. Create an en suite shower room on first floor in bedroom area consisting of timber framework, shower cubicle, wc and hand basin. Flooring to be tiled or vinyl. c - Reinstate the original width opening and add a wooden french door in keeping with the existing windows into the garden. Outside - Remove fir tree & lilac bush at rear of the property behind Annexe to create a parking space
