Proposal

T1 & T2- Lilanda trees - Removal T3 - Palm tree - too large T3. Pruning to a more reasoanble size is not possible as they have not been properly managed. This is to enable redesign of the garden, which is currently entirely patio. After removal of the trees the patio and currently derelict garage will be removed and replaced with a newly designed garden with multiple new species of plant.
