Reason - to improve tree design and balance and to reduce canopy to re-balance upper canopy. Tree is overhanging adjacent properties and is of significant size. T2 - Birch - located to the front left-hand side of the house - to remove 2 side limbs from above the roof, crown lift to re-balance lower canopy to approximately 6m - Reason - touching side elevation of house and interfering with BT cable run to house. T3 - Magnolia - located in front of T2 Silver Birch - to reduce height by 1.5m. Reason - to re-balance and reshape canopy as close boundary wall and overgrown for location.
