Insert partitions and form new opening for new WC. Structural repairs to main staircase. Alterations to secondary rear staircase. Remove partition to form rear access corridor, boarding over staircase, forming hatch access to basement. Vaulted ceiling to rear hallway, entrance hall (south) and boot room. Replacement roof structure to rear boot room. Installation of underflooring heating. First Floor: Remove and insert new partitions and door opening to form bathroom. Remove fireplace insert to (bed 2). Brickwork repairs to fireplace (bed 3). Externals: Re roofing incorporating breathable membrane. Rebuild porch (north elevation). Chimney stack rebuilt to single storey south range. Central chimney stacks structural repairs and part rebuilt above roof ridge level. Structural repairs to timber frame. Structural repairs to include underpinning to west 'wing'. Repointing works & brickwork repairs to external envelope.
