Replacement roof structure to rear boot room. Installation of underflooring heating. First Floor: Remove and insert new partitions and door opening to form bathroom. Remove fireplace insert to (bed 2). Brickwork repairs to fireplace (bed 3). Externals: Re roofing incorporating breathable membrane. Rebuild porch (north elevation). Chimney stack rebuilt to single storey south range. Central chimney stacks structural repairs and part rebuilt above roof ridge level. Structural repairs to timber frame. Structural repairs to include underpinning to west 'wing'. Repointing works & brickwork repairs to external envelope.
