T1 Monterey Pine - Remove all dead, dying and dangerous branches throughout the crown. - Remove all branches exhibiting structural defects, including those with significant splits, cracks, partial failures or other defects likely to compromise their structural integrity. - Prior to removal, photograph and record all significant defects identified within the canopy to provide evidence of their condition. - Reduce approximately six prominent overextended scaffold limbs by up to 1–2 metres (back to suitable secondary growth where possible). The limbs proposed for reduction comprise: * Three extending towards the neighbouring property. * Two extending over the public highway. * One extending over the driveway.
