T1 English Oak (Quercus robur) - Reduce end-weight on the limb showing fracture by pruning back from the tips inward to suitable strong lateral growth points. - Selectively prune elongated lateral limbs on all sides of the canopy. Reduce from the tips inward by approximately 1–1.5 metres back to suitable secondary laterals (minimum 1/3 diameter rule). - Crown raise from ground to 5 metres.
