Replacement of 6 windows, Re-pointing of approximately 30%-40% of the main house, using lime mortar. Install wood burner to listed barn with the flue pipe to come out of the roof on the non-visible side. Repairs to roof on the oldest part of the house (north east elevation). Install French drains.
