The works include the demolition of the existing garage, construction of a single-storey rear extension, construction of a single-storey side store/side extension, associated alterations to existing external openings, installation of rooflights, and associated external works within the residential curtilage. The existing driveway/access from Kingsbere Road is to remain as existing, with no new vehicular access proposed.
