Proposal

Certificate of lawfulness to install a new 11kV switch room building at the existing Portland substation site. The building will be located to the west of the existing substation within land owned by SSEN, adjacent to existing transformers. It is required to support installation of new Quantum 13CB 11kV switchboard Additional works, include a slight extension of the site to the west and installation of 2.4m high fence with razor wire surrounding the proposed site expansion area (located within SSENs ownership and considered operational extent)
