1) Single storey Rear extension. Approximately 8.6m x 2.3m. - Positioned on existing veranda keeping a common FFL with existing kitchen. Traditional build using matching materials and matching soffit level (flat roof). Development is 2m away from boundary. 2) Roof lights Velux or similar roof lights (positioned over 1.7m high) in each room to provide natural daylight. Roof lights would not protrude more than 150mm from the roof surface. 3) Hardstanding /driveway Area would exceed 5 square meters and be made of porous materials utilizing a Cellweb or similar type system (as per tree report). 4) New access/dropped kerb, Porch Access is required in connection with the new driveway. The highway is not a trunk road or a classified road. Works to be done under license. 5) Door and canopy Insert a new door on the east elevation with a canopy above Permitted Development Enquiry Number: P/PDE/2023/00015
