Proposal

1. Infill to ground floor level to provide orangery 2. Amendments to facade fenestration to correlate with new roof form 3. Additional window to allow more daylight to existing room 4. Reduction in 1FL footprint to reduce building mass and scale and allow actual articulation of roof form and facade suggested in the approved design. Changes integrate the proposed extension more sympathetically with existing building and site. 5. Eliminate roof to BBQ area to allow more natural light into GFL Utility Room 6. Enlarge fenestration to existing building bedroom. 7. Enlarge proposed dormer to existing building to create composition with extension 8. Additional dormer to allow natural light to 1FL circulation Note: All proposed changes are within the footprint and ridge height of the approved extension. No change affects any access or habitat on site. No change to site boundary. No proposed conflict with approval planning conditions No material changes in the design proposed. Accommodation type /function and layout and internal room sizes are the same. No extension to footprint.
