Planning application
LOWER TAVYDALE, Mary Tavy, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 9PR
Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 - Oak - Removal of maturing Oak Tree at entrance to Lower Tavydale. NE corner of site. Planting of 2 Silver Birch Trees in on north boundary wall within approx 4m and 8m of the removed Oak Tree. T2 - Oak - Removal of maturing Oak Tree immediately adjacent to NW corner of garden shed within back garden. Replacement Beach Tree already planted within 3m of tree to be removed. The Oak tree at 1) if left will grow into overhead wires and give an over dense group of trees. The replacement Silver Birch Trees will give a more distinctive and balanced appearance and compliment an existing Silver Birch in the north boundary wall. The Oak Tree at 2) is is causing structural movement to a garden retaining wall and will eventually threaten the stability of the block built garden shed
