Proposal

The land on which the hedgerows are located have been affected by works necessary for the Carlisle Flood Defence works as shown on the attached plan. This land can now not be used to its full potential, due to small parcels of land which are not suitable for modern farming techniques. An application was submitted in 2007 (App Ref: 07/002/HDG) which was approved, but as two years has expired a new application new application is required.
