1 x Beech T31: Fell Reason: Extensive crown die-back, similar to the other mature beech trees in this location that have also died or are dying. No obvious disease or fungal fruiting bodies, it seems possible that the beech trees in this location have run out of rootable soil for the sizes of the trees and are now dying. If possible, I would like to request that a replacement tree is secured by condition, with final details (species, size and exact location) to be agreed once the existing tree has been removed and other trees that have permission for removal for the development have been removed.
