Proposal

T1 (Oak) - Lower branches growing towards property - Removal of the new growth, cutting back to previous cut points (approximately 2-2.5 metres) on the trunk to give clearance to the building. Removal of the lower road-facing branches to balance the tree and achieve a clear stem up to approximately 8-9 metres as per provided photograph titled 'T1 demonstrating cut points' (amended description). T2 (Oak) - Crown reduction of approximately 2-3 metres to all branches that are growing towards the inside curve of the building on the southern side of the tree, cutting back to good/previous cut points at approximately 12-14 metres above ground level and up to the height of the building roof. Re-shaping of tree to maintain canopy balance as per provided photographs titled 'demonstrating proposed work 1 & 2' (amended description).
