Proposal

Taking down badly eroded masonry and rebuilding outer skin to main house east gable. Removal of timber floorboards/joists affected by dry rot. Replacement with insulated limecrete floor. Removal of floorboards within drawing room and dining room and lath and plaster ceiling to kitchen and dining room, to facilitate the removal of asbestos pipe insulation debris. Like for like replacement of rotten floorboards and floor joists to first floor bathroom and ensuite. Like for like replacement of two sliding sash windows.
