Proposed single storey rear extension, front porch, blocking up of one window and one door in the existing dwelling south elevation, rendering the bungalow and existing garage, new roof over the existing garage to tie in with the new extension, resulting in a small increase in its height, changing all windows, doors and rainwater goods , fascias and soffits of the existing bungalow to match those proposed for the extension, construction of new rear steps, widening of the driveway and removal of a short section of existing garden wall to widen the distance between gate pillars for easier access.
