Removal of existing hipped roof and replacement with pitched roof, building up gable walls to the front and rear elevations; new windows to first floor north and south elevations; 7no. rooflights to side elevations; removal of existing single storey lean-to extension to rear elevation, and replacement with new cavity wall structure under extended roof line. Removal of existing garage roof sheeting, partial demolition of garage walls and re-building new side elevation to form detached double garage with new pitched roof structure. Replacement flat roof bay window heads with new pitched roof constructions. Removal of existing entrance porch to front elevation. Provision of new through coloured render coating to all external walls. Replacement windows to all existing openings.
