Proposal

Replacement of a first floor Juliette balcony with a new free-standing balcony to the rear house elevation. Access to the balcony will be via the existing French doors. The depth of the balcony will be 2m from the face of the rear elevation and will span the whole width of the house (10.5m). Balcony to be of steel framed construction with 1.1m high glass and steel balustrading. Columns to the steel structure to be clad in natural stone to match existing stone detailing of the rear house elevation.
