Proposal

Silver Birch (T1 & T2) Reduce by 30% as very large and in close proximity to property . There is also decay present in the main system from previous limb removal. Lawson Cypress (T3) Fell to ground level as tree is currently held together with strapping. Cedar (T4) Crown raise to 4.5m to allow builders access with machinery for development at property. Pear (T5) Fell to ground level as 80% decay and a retaining wall needs to be erected in its place due to development of property.
