T1 Oak; Believed to be self seeded, this tree is located in the rear garden of the 'Bank House', on the southern border with the neighbour. The tree is growing against the dividing fence which the owners need to replace in the future. The Oak tree is becoming too large for its location and is overhanging the owners patio and neighbours garden, causing significant shading as the sun moves from east to west
