The following additional trees are to be felled to facilitate the installation of a new wastewater storage tank due to revised working space requirements: Field maple (T16), 2 x ash (T24 and T25) and 10 trees in G26 (field maple, Norway maple, beech and small leaved lime). The following additional trees may require pruning (following site clearance to ensure a reasonable vertical clearance of 5m of the worksite for installation works): T13 (field maple) and T14 (beech) - crown reduce by up to 2.5m to the west to ensure a 5m vertical clearance of the worksite. 3 trees within G26 (consisting of field maple, Norway maple, beech and small leaved lime) - crown reduce up to 3 trees by up to 2m to the west and north west. 2 trees within G20 (consisting of Scots pine, ash, beech and yew - crown reduce up to 2 trees by up to 2m to the east. New replacement tree planting is proposed as detailed on the Tree Planting Plan, an additional 15 trees have been added to the original Tree Planting Plan to account for the additional tree removals required (13 additional trees to be removed). Replacement trees will be planted in available space in the location of removed trees.

T1 - Sycamore tree to be crown reduced and balanced. This tree is absolutely massive in comparison to the very small garden behind this property, and the garden has nothing growing in it at all as this tree now completely covers the whole garden. The branches are very nearly touching the house, there is significant dead wood in the centre of the crown and the tree is very misshapen. There was a large Ash tree growing next to it at number 28 that was removed due to Ash Dieback some years ago. This removal has left the Sycamore tree very two dimensional with most of the canopy over the garden of number 27. There is a very large lateral scaffold limb protruding from approximately one meter from the ground out of the side of the main trunk, that probably has nearly half of the canopy growing from it. Currently the tree has a height of approx. 12-14 meters, with a spread of approx. 7-8 meters north and east, approx. 6-7 meters south and approx. 2-3 meters west. Proposal is to reduce the height by approx. 4-5 meters, the spread by approx. 2-3 meters north and east, approx. 2-3 meters south and approx. 0.5 meters west to blend and balance the canopy. Also to remove the dead stem top in the centre.
