Branches being removed to decrease the sail effect and bring the tree back from neighbouring properties . T2- Young Lawson Cypress tree growing through patio. Fell to allow for patio renovations. T3- Small Holly growing next to patio area. Pollard to 2m in height and allowed to regrow and trained into a smaller tree. T4- Large Holly in the middle of the rear boundary line. Reduce height by 3m to improve the view over the surrounding hills. T5- Mature Lawson Cypress, located on the right in rear boundary line. Thin canopy by 20% to decrease the sail effect as the tree has grown leaning towards the neighbouring property. T6- 3x young Cypress trees growing together along the boundary between the rear garden and the road. remove dead wood and thin leaning branches. T7- 2x Hazel trees located near the house along the roadside boundary. Coppice the steams above 4" in diameter, reducing the overall size of the tree and any overhang over the road, leaving the younger growth to maintain the boundary. T8- hawthorn growing next to the gable end of the property. Remove ivy and Reduce crown by 2m
