T.1 - Oak along front boundary/driveway entrance - reduce crown throughout by 2m. Reduce lateral crown spread on house side by 2.5-3m to provide clearance from building. Raise crown by pruning 3x lower lateral branches on driveway side and 2x lower lateral on boundary line to balance. T.2 - hornbeam - reduce crown by pruning back 0.5m below previous pruning points and shape . (Approx by 2m). Raise crown over driveway to give 3.5-4m clearance. T.3 - Oak by stables - reduce crown by 2.5-3m and shape. Raise crown to achieve 2.5-3m clearance from ground level. T.4 - Acer by house - reduce longer extension upper crown growth back into lower crown form. Selective branch removal or pruning on house side to reduce, but not remove, crown. Finer pruning throughout to keep good form. T.5 - Holly - reduce multiple leader growth by 2m and shape into rounded crown form. T.6 - Plum (dead) in paddock- remove to ground level.

T1 - Sycamore tree to be crown reduced and balanced. This tree is absolutely massive in comparison to the very small garden behind this property, and the garden has nothing growing in it at all as this tree now completely covers the whole garden. The branches are very nearly touching the house, there is significant dead wood in the centre of the crown and the tree is very misshapen. There was a large Ash tree growing next to it at number 28 that was removed due to Ash Dieback some years ago. This removal has left the Sycamore tree very two dimensional with most of the canopy over the garden of number 27. There is a very large lateral scaffold limb protruding from approximately one meter from the ground out of the side of the main trunk, that probably has nearly half of the canopy growing from it. Currently the tree has a height of approx. 12-14 meters, with a spread of approx. 7-8 meters north and east, approx. 6-7 meters south and approx. 2-3 meters west. Proposal is to reduce the height by approx. 4-5 meters, the spread by approx. 2-3 meters north and east, approx. 2-3 meters south and approx. 0.5 meters west to blend and balance the canopy. Also to remove the dead stem top in the centre.
