Dismantle the self seeded Sycamore (T1) located beneath the new tree, left hand side of front gate. Leyland Cypress Group (G1) located at back of the property bordering cafe/post office. Prune for 2 metre building clearance. Reduce the limb growing toward the building by 2-3 metres to reduce risk of failure. Walnut (T2) located next to the sheppards hut. Reduce crown by 1-2 metres, provide 1 metre clearance from the cedar tree, crown clean and remove all major deadwood
