Proposal

Crown lift all of the following trees over the footpath to 3m, all work in accordance with BS 3998:2010: T9 Tilia sp. T10 Tilia sp. T11 Tilia sp. T12 Tilia sp. T14 Field Maple T15 Sorbus sp. Whitebeam T16 Tilia sp. T17 Tilia sp. T18 Tilia sp. T20 Sorbus sp. Whitebeam T21 Tilia sp. T22 Tilia sp. T24 Tilia sp. T25 Tilia sp. T26 Field Maple T27 Field Maple T29 Tilia sp. T31 Tilia sp. T32 Tilia sp. (trees numbered T7, T8, T23, T28 not protected by the TPO as species does not correlate therefore these have not been included in the TPO application) This tree work is proposed in conjunction with S278 Highway works and is to avoid any inadvertent damage to the canopies during the S278 Highway /footpath improvement works being undertaken. An AMS is to be submitted early January 2021 which will provide this detail, however, to avoid the nesting season the aim is to obtain TPO consent for the tree work ahead of the planning consent for the S278 works
