Acer Capillipes (A): dismantle, remove, grind out stump. Cercidiphyllum Japonicum (B): remove basal growth and selective crown reduction to a maximum of 1.5 metres from branch tips reducing overall height to c. 6 metres. Prunus species (C): reducing back overhanging canopy by 1.5 - 2 metres and thinning out congested growth to overall height of c. 6 metres. All the above works are to let more light into the garden and to allow the two remaining trees (B & C) to regain better form and shape.
