    (1) Large Beech tree overhanging the grounds of Glebe House (a) Large low branch with old wound halfway along. Shorten this branch by 2.0-3.0m and thin a little to remove some end weight. (b) High material on this side. Prune back so as to leave no more than approximately 1.5m overhang out from the retaining wall. (c) Prune the low branches to clear the barn by at least 1.5m. (d) Remove the low dead branches on your side. (2) Row of Alders beside Glebe House. (a) Reduce the overhang towards the drive area so as to leave it no more than 1.0m out from the boundary wall. (b) Reduce the crown spread back to the front face (Glebe House side) of the Beech hedge beneath. Then, all the way up, shape back into the top but leaving the overall height untouched.

This will be replaced by a tree or large shrub appropriate for size of garden Large Evergreen - compete removal of the tree (as above). Beech hedgerow - reducing the height to 1m above the top of the wall and reducing the width of it so growth to form a hedge on our boundary side. Again as above working to BS3998.
