Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Work includes: T1 - fell to the ground and remove an ash tree at the boundary - so we can repair the dry stone wall and put n the beech hedge. Reliably informed the tree is already showing signs of weakness; T2 - reduce by 20% and reshape three silver birch trees at the rear boundary - which have grown too large and need shaping; T3 - reduce by 20% and reshape an oak tree at the rear boundary - this tree we are trying to let balance out and shape more evenly - also the current growth on one site overhangs and touches phone and electric wires across the property; T4 - fell to the ground and remove a yet tree and ground out stump at the front boundary wall - this is to enable us to plan the beech hedge around the property. Tree surgeon confirmed a beech hedge will struggle to develop given the size and closeness of the yew to the boundary
