Listed building consent for proposed alterations to the approved conversion of Barn B, comprising the reinstatement of historic blocked openings and doorways; internal layout changes, including non reinstatement of a structurally unstable internal wall; installation of two conservation-style roof windows to the southern lean-to roof slope; installation of a slim matt-black twin-wall flue; and localised alterations associated with revised external ground levels and granite access steps. Proposed semi-underground utility/bin/log store with bunded oil tank set into the eastern bank, together with a traditional dry-stone boundary wall and hedging within the curtilage.
