Listed Building Consent to carefully remove and re-lay wet laid scantle Delabole slates, with new bituminous roofing felt between rafters below. Replacement of lead flashings at abutments. Prepare, prime and paint existing door, replace ironmongery with stainless steel. Replace existing wooden fascia board, primed and painted. Reinstate gutter and downpipe.
