Remove first lowest limb over hanging the path, reduce over hang/crown lift to roughly in line with the boundary hedge but maintaining best athletic balance. Needs to have weight removed and crown clean to prevent wind throw, risk to life and to increase the likelihood of the future of the tree. Lower limb is at low head height causing obstruction.
